These Terms of Use (“Terms”) explain the basic rules for using KaPioneeR Multi Apps on kapioneer.com and its subdomains. By using our site and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

“KaPioneeR”, “we”, “our” or “us” means the team behind the KaPioneeR Multi Apps platform available on https://kapioneer.com and its subdomains (for example, sections for services, merchants, riders, directory, travel, café, etc. under the same domain).

2. What these Terms cover

These Terms apply when you:

• visit or browse https://kapioneer.com, or
• use the KaPioneeR Multi Apps and features provided under kapioneer.com and its subdomains.

These Terms do not apply to other projects we run on different domains, and do not replace the terms of the Pi Network or any external service you use. Those have their own rules.

3. Your agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using KaPioneeR Multi Apps, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site and services.

4. Your account and security

• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
• If you log in using the official Pi SDK, you must also follow the Pi Network rules. Never share your Pi passphrase or secret key with anyone, including anyone claiming to be KaPioneeR.
• If you believe your account is being misused, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use KaPioneeR Multi Apps to:

• break any law or regulation,
• harass, abuse or harm other people,
• spam, post misleading content or run scams,
• upload viruses or attempt to hack, damage or disrupt our systems,
• pretend to be another person or misuse another person’s account.

We may suspend or restrict access to the platform if we reasonably believe a user is violating these rules, harming other users, or putting the system at risk.

6. Services, prices and changes

• KaPioneeR may add, remove or modify features, sections or services at any time.
• Displayed prices, fees or rewards inside the platform may change and are not guaranteed.
• Some services may only be available in certain countries or regions.

7. Payments and Pi usage

When KaPioneeR Multi Apps support Pi or other supported payment methods:

• Payments may be processed using the official Pi SDK or other integrated providers.
• Once a payment is confirmed on the blockchain or by the payment provider, it is usually not reversible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
• Any extra rules for a specific service (for example, refunds, cancellations, or delivery terms) will be shown in that section or during checkout.

8. Content and intellectual property

Your content:

• You remain the owner of the content you submit (for example reviews, ratings, comments, photos).
• By posting content on KaPioneeR, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display and share it inside the platform, as needed to operate and improve the service.
• You promise that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not break the law.

Our content:

• The KaPioneeR name, logo, design, and platform content are protected by copyright and other laws.
• You may use our site and apps for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, resell or exploit the platform or its content without our permission.

9. Third-party services and links

KaPioneeR Multi Apps may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example: Pi Network, maps, payment providers, or merchant services). We are not responsible for their content, policies or actions. When you use those services, you follow their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer

KaPioneeR Multi Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the site will be free from errors, interruptions, or security issues at all times. We also do not guarantee any particular financial outcome, price, or reward value.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, KaPioneeR and its team will not be responsible for:

• any indirect, incidental or special damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the platform,
• issues caused by third-party services, merchants, or networks we do not control (including Pi Network and external providers).

If we are found to be legally responsible for something, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to us directly for the specific service in question (if any), to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top. If the changes are important, we may also show a notice on our website. If you continue using KaPioneeR after the changes, you are accepting the new Terms.
