“KaPioneeR”, “we”, “our” or “us” means the team behind the KaPioneeR Multi Apps platform available on kapioneer.com and related subdomains (for example services, travel, café, directory, riders, etc. under the same domain).

2. What this Policy covers

This Policy applies when you use:

• our main site https://kapioneer.com, and
• our KaPioneeR Multi Apps and pages under the same domain and its subdomains.

It does not apply to other websites or apps we run on different domains, and it does not apply to services we do not control, such as the Pi Network itself or external exchanges. Those have their own terms and privacy policies.

3. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run KaPioneeR Multi Apps and improve them:

• Account details – name or nickname, email address, and (if you log in via Pi SDK) your Pi username and Pi user ID.
• Profile & activity – avatar, saved favorites, reviews, ratings, comments, and interactions with services and merchants.
• Orders & services – information about items you view or order, bookings you make, delivery details, and related history.
• Transactions – public wallet address (when needed), payment status, and rewards or points linked to your KaPioneeR account.
• Device & usage – IP address, browser type, device type, pages you visit, buttons you press, time spent on different sections.
• Location (optional) – if you allow it, we may use approximate location to show nearby merchants, drivers or services.
• Cookies / local storage – small files that help us remember your login, language, dark mode, cart, and basic analytics.

We do not collect your Pi secret key, passphrase, or wallet seed. These always stay with you and the official Pi Network systems.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your KaPioneeR account and profile.
• Let you log in and connect with Pi SDK where available.
• Show and manage services, merchants, and multi-app features you use.
• Process Pi-based or other supported payments and rewards (when enabled).

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only with:

6. Pi Network information

When KaPioneeR Multi Apps use the official Pi SDK inside Pi Browser or via our integration, we may receive:

• Your Pi username and Pi user ID for login and account linking.
• Payment status (approved/failed/cancelled) for Pi-based transactions related to KaPioneeR services.

We may show you balances or transaction details that come from Pi or our own systems, but we do not control the Pi blockchain itself. We will never ask you for your Pi passphrase or secret key.

7. Security

We use reasonable security measures, such as HTTPS, access controls and monitoring, to protect your information. No system is perfect, but we do our best to keep your data safe and to respond if something goes wrong.

8. Your choices

• You can update some account details (like name or contact info) inside KaPioneeR, where this feature is available.
• You can turn cookies on/off in your browser settings. Some functions (like staying logged in) may not work without them.
• You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails by using the link in our messages or contacting us.
• You can contact us if you want to access, correct or delete certain information, where local law allows.

9. Children

KaPioneeR Multi Apps on kapioneer.com are not designed for children under 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from young children.
